Y Green Field Work Manual
The field work manual is a comprehensive overview of the Y Green project and how it works (from a program manager or employee's perspective). It covers most operational issues of the Y Green program.

Y Green Program Manager Manual
The program manger's manual is designed to assist managers in the implementation of Y Green projects.

Household recruitment flyer
This flyer is used when recruiting households or advertising the program to the public. Steplight can customise a flyer for your program.

Household thankyou flyer
This flyer is left with households after the assessment is completed so they know what to expect next and have a number to contact. Steplight can customise a flyer for your program.

Revisits and bookings forms
The bookings and revisits forms are used by staff when conducting door-knocking shifts in the field. Data collected should be entered at the staff website after each shift.

Household participation form
This form is to be filled out at the assessment and collated by the program manager. The manager may use the form to cross-check data entered by staff in the field. The completed forms should be mailed to Steplight periodically.

Example Action Plan
An example action plan similar to what residents will receive (content is updated regularly and is state/locality specific).

Y Green staff website
The staff website includes some of the resources above which are available directly to staff. It also includes mapping facilities, end-of-shift reporting templates, rostering information and other information. Steplight will assist the program manager with the set-up of these resources prior to program commencement.

The Energy Friends Manual is a comprehensive, student-friendly resource for home energy assessors.

A test which can be used to assess participant's knowledge before commencing their practical work.

The incident report form can be used to record and address any safety incidents which occur in the field.

An additional planning resource for program managers.

Captain Y Green kit and script
Captain Y Green is a superhero character created to perform at Primary Schools in locations where a Y Green project is planned.

Key Work Skills Assessment
The Key Work Skills Assessment is a set of 15 employability skills that can be used to assess students’ work readiness. Students should complete a self-assessment that can be used for comparison by the teacher (who should do a separate assessment).
